A native of San Mateo, California, he holds degrees from Boston College Law School, UCLA, Sciences Po Paris and Woodside Priory. John founded the Law Offices of John C. Martin in 2008, guided by a vision of providing legal services that are highly personalized, cost-effective, and of excellent quality.

Before founding the Law Offices of John C. Martin in 2008, John worked at a law firm ranked as one of the top 50 law firms in the world by Chambers. He has also served as a clerk and pro bono attorney for a local not-for-profit legal clinic. In addition, John worked with financial services firms prior to attending law school, including Wachovia Securities and UBS Financial Services.
